Template Licence

This draft licence is intended for the Professional LBO Model and should be legally reviewed before paid distribution.

Licence grant

Subject to payment, the purchaser receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use and modify the template for its own internal professional or personal purposes.

Permitted use

The purchaser may use the model in connection with its own analysis and transactions and may modify it for those purposes.

Restrictions

The purchaser may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, publish or make the template available as a competing template product, whether in original or modified form.

No warranty

The template is supplied as a modelling tool. No representation is made that it is appropriate for a particular transaction, accounting treatment or investment decision. Users are responsible for reviewing all formulas, assumptions and outputs.

The template does not constitute investment, financial, tax, accounting or legal advice.
